Work Submitted

As a user you agree to the following when sending a file for us to publish:

  • I agree that the file or files I am submitting are mine, they do not include any property of other users in anyway, shape, or form.
  • I agree that if I am submitting a file or files on behalf of another user, I have explicit written consent to do so.
  • I agree to not claim any intellectual property produced by inibuilds.com, it’s partners or other users as my own.

Third-Party Files Policy

When we publish a profile, modification, texture, or any file of its sort, iniBuilds does not claim to own the intellectual property or rights to the file, the only consent that is given to iniBuilds is for us to publish, while giving full credit to the original author. The one exception to this policy is when it clearly states that either of the following:

  • Profile created by: iniBuilds
  • The contents of this page were created by iniBuilds

In this case, iniBuilds owns the full intellectual property and rights to the file(s).

Refund Policy

Refunds are not administered due to the fact that our products are non-physical downloadable content. This provides a level of protection for our products against abuse and piracy. If the product purchase is a service, a refund cannot be processed after work has started on that request. If you have a dispute or question regarding products that you have purchased from iniBuilds Ltd., please contact us.

Donation Policy

All donations are voluntary and do not affect your eligibility or status regarding any iniBuilds products, services or downloads. In this case, all donations are final and non-refundable. If you have further questions about this policy, please contact us.

Paid Service/Request Provision Policy

All paid services/requests are in accordance with all developer EULAs and policies. You are paying for our time to create the request.

Work Published

By submitting an order through inibuilds.com, the user agrees to all Return and Sales Policies implemented by iniBuilds. The user is required to submit all necessary information to complete a sale through inibuilds.com. Providing this data is crucial to the completion of any sale, and failure to provide the related information will lead to the cancellation of the sale until the information is provided.

As a user you agree to the following:

You have the option to revoke your consent and information at any time. It does not affect the processing of data that was previously collected during the payment process. Shopify Payments® Agreement

When paying with a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay® or Google Pay®, your payment and information is processed through Shopify Payments® (Handled by Stripe) This information is used to complete the bill of sale as mentioned in the above paragraph.

Issues Regarding Published Work

iniBuilds never claims other work as our own. If iniBuilds finds that work that is published to our website has been:

  • Submitted without the original author’s consent.
  • Submitted to us with some files from another author without their consent.
  • Submitted with malicious/dangerous file(s).

Then iniBuilds reserves the right to immediately remove any file(s) without prior consent to the author, submitter or users of inibuilds.com. iniBuilds claims no responsibility for issues with any user submitted file(s), but we will work to the best of our ability to rectify the problem as soon as possible. If you find an issue regarding any files on inibuilds.com, please contact us immediately.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  • All giveaways are open to those 16 years of age or older.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • iniBuilds reserves the right to deny any entries and move onto the next applicant should an entry become void.
