Step back into divided Berlin at the height of the Cold War. Berlin Tempelhof (EDDI) recreates the legendary "Mother of all Airports" in its 1960s glory days, when Pan Am 727s and BEA Viscounts shared the apron with USAF transports under the sweeping canopy of one of the largest buildings in Europe.
Beyond the fence, the scenery extends into Cold War Berlin itself: Berlin Wall segments and watchtowers, Checkpoint Charlie, the Fernsehturm TV tower and the Palast der Republik, so the approach into Tempelhof's runways tells the story of the divided city below.
